Here, Guns is bracing for impact?
One of the bikes fell asleep
I never saw evidence but somebody said Thad spent considerable time on the rear wheel. Probably shoulda realized it, when a guy shows up with white boots you know you're in trouble.
Fun day guys and thanks for help clearing all the trees. A couple minor revisions and a substitute for that last POS road and it should be good to go. I kind of enjoyed being the slow guy, never had to wait at a single intersection.
My recurring case of Orange Envy seems to have come back. You know, the nightmares where I'm trying to keep up with the Orange bikes on the trail, but can never catch them,... and the one where my wife leaves me for the KTM guy:huh
That's why I have a Beta, no nightmares.
Buying a beta does not result in Guns like riding skills
It did however influnence me to ditch the drz for a european bike
But it will make you think you do
I can crash with the best of them! If you're not falling you're not riding hard enough.
The though that crosses you mind right before crashing "but he makes is look so easyyyyy'
Hello and good evening CADS, sorry for the MIA status lately my broken Husky engine has left me stuck at home in solitary confinement and I do not believe I will make the Wednesday evening supper tonight.
Anyway, I wanted to let everyone know that this Saturday November 9th, 2013 my wife and I will host a BBQ at our home and everyone is welcome even the KLR riders!
Here is our e-mail copied and pasted below =
"Maria and I will be hosting a BBQ this Saturday November 9th, 2013 from 17:30 (5:30pm) until the police break it up or the sun rises Sunday morning :)
Please bring a side dish (appreciated but not necessary), drinks/beverages for yourself, and a lawn chair.
You are also welcome to bring board games, cards, dominoes, etc.
Warning if you bring the game Connect Four, Dunlop is Connect Four world champion and loses to no one!
If you would like to practice speaking Spanish, Maria has invited several Hispanic amigos.
If you arrive near sunset you can also hear our neighbors at http://www.staugustinewildreserve.org/
roaring and howling wishing each other good night.
Our friend "One-eyed Ed" the Emu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emu) would appreciate any organic fruit (preferably oranges cut into 4 or more slices minus the skin) if you would like to feed Ed.
Please call Maria or I for directions at 386-308-6998 anytime. We are off Interstate 95 exit 323 (International Golf Parkway) near Pacetti Bay Middle School. ¡Hablamos Español tambien!

All in all a great day, and I think Dave enjoyed finally getting out for a ride, pretty sure he needed it!
What a great day. Perfect conditions and no trouble. I didn't have any problems at all from vertigo or nausea. I don't know if it was the excitement from the first ride on the new bike or maybe I'm starting to turn the corner on all that junk, but it was as good as it gets. Can't wait to give it another go!
