Looks like an Yamaha SR500 or XS650 tank.
Looks to me like an XS650 11lt tank off a 'Special',
Confirming info pulled from a post here on ADV about the BIG DR800 Tank:

SR 500 exactly. The 12 liter version. It exists also in version 14 liters...someone asks where the seat is from, he is from kickstarter shop in germany..
