If I post saying I want one and am ready to buy will it speed the process up.:norton
Really, I am leaving for a trip on 6/8 and would love to have this on the bike. If not I will have to get 2x red tanks hanging off my bike. Would love to not buy the red tanks and then when I get back from my trip yours is ready.
Do you have an estmate for price and when is the earliest I could get one?

I have not seen anyone ask the questions, are they compatable with the Happy trails racks? We do not use the two threaded holes under the subframe, but could there be any issues with clearance on the width?

I don't wear glasses (maybe that is the problem:evil)

I did see that but it was over a month ago so eager me was hoping with a post I could get some new and improved updated updates. I never was one for patience.

    Supper excited.

I understand you so badly.. This Tank looks just too awesome and is finally a real alternative to the TT one and to the one that attaches on your rear rack. I'm so exited for my first 500kms run :lol3

It is HDPE (plastic). If there's enough interest I will look at doing a run of natural/transparent tanks. They will be black to start.

It was 2 US gallon or 7.6L last I checked it. We have made some geometry changes since then, add some volume here, deduct some there there. It'll be very close to 2 gallons.

Things are looking good for June at this time. There are many parts suppliers so it's tough keeping everyone in the right direction on time but so far so good. If you're leaving June 8, that'll be tough. I don't want you to be sitting and waiting then not be able to supply it on time. If I were you I'd make alternate arrangements.

As far as Happy Trails racks go, I'm not sure. I don't have access to any to try. Things would be much easier if I was located in an area with more adventure riders. It's been a battle finding F650/800 riders with anything but BMW Adventure panniers around here. I have been traveling hundreds of kilometers to look at and measure other brands.

Feel free to post up some pics of the right side racks and I'll have a look.

    Glad you approve:thumb

I don't foresee any issues with it. The tank was designed with the suspension at full compression (shock out, tire stuffed into wheel well). On your lowered bike the wheel can't go up any higher than a standard version so no worries.

I see you are in Calgary. What panniers do you have? Fire me a PM and we can meet up.

+1 preorder list. Would love to see some pics of the main tank connection set up. Often wondered why someone hasn't taken the Rotopax idea and done a custom set up for our bikes.
