    I've been reading your thread on the build of this machine and waiting for this trip to start all winter!!! I have crazy ideas about building my own custom-adventure bike (on the other end of the engine-displacement spectrum) and I can't wait to see how the bike fares. :clap

    doing a ushuaia to alaska run with a bunch of guys, one is riding a 1200 sporty, so far its made it to the equator, its had a few minor issues, blown fork seals etc...ruta 40 offroading shock it to pieces but nightly checks and it kept on trucking...you have put aftermarket forks on so youŕe good there...check out the RR under my name, the guy riding it is called Andy and he says heś me you at a HU meet somewhere
