So I needed a trigger wire for my pdm60 and decided on the can-bus adapter that plugs into the parking light under the low beam. Since I looked all over and could not find photos of the install I thought I'd post a few. I'd also open it up to suggestions.

The 2 biggest points I can make are:

    1) the trigger wire only gets power when plugged in 1 way so test the trigger wire before you button everything up. If it does not work unplug it and rotate 180 and plug back in.

    2) choosing how to exit the trigger wire from the headlight assembly

I'm still deciding how to do this. so far I'm leaning towards drilling a small whole at the very bottom of the housing then running it through and sealing with liquid gasket

the adapter plugged in and tested, Just remember that the light can work even if adapter backwards so test the trigger line. Also I tested just to be sure the trigger wires stays active even if light bulb removed or burnt out

An easier way is to attach a posi-tap to the switched GPS plug under the faux tank, and attached it to the Fuzeblock's relay terminal.

Yep I considered that I just had concerns about the delayed off that that produces, I read too many reports of it not shutting off like it should.

Works done now so we will see how it goes, if the canbus adapter gives me any trouble then I may switch to that. The best thing I did was buy oem quality harness wrap that has made the install look stock and protects the wires:clap
