The man is on a mission and closing hard on the goal. I am guessing he will sleep in his own bed tomorrow night. Congrats on a great ride......both ways. See you at Barber.

Hey! He's heading right towards me... I should have offered to buy him lunch/dinner. I hadn't checked in here for a few days.

    Doug,
I would appreciate an honest assessment of the bike (the Kaw Police) when you get the time. I've been thinking about getting one for several years now but don't know anyone with one, and haven't ever seen any around me (most seem to be way out west). Seems like it would be a good inexpensive bike to have (I have Drifters now and can't find any 16 inch tire with a tread good for dirt/gravel/mud).

    Thanks.

I stopped for gas in Corinth, MS. When i went to hit the road, the key switch broke. No warning, just fuckin broke.

I have always wanted to hotwire a cop bike......

:roflAccording to the time stamp on the previous post it took you 14 minutes though...I think you'll need to be a little quicker if you ever need to do it on someone else's cop bike!:D

Thanks for bringing us along, especially for those of us who woke up to snow:cry

Well that 14 min also included leaving the gas station, going down the road to a restaurant, and sitting down at a table.

    I didnt know i was being timed.......:D

I got some eyeballs, i reckon jap cop bikes aint real common around here

I made it home from the Cannonball.
    5 weeks total
    5,000 miles on the '28 Indian :)
2500 miles on the Kawasaki cop bike :/
    1000 miles in a truck :(

Its good to be off a bike for a bit.
Wait... whats that noise in the garage?
Its the sobs of a neglected knucklehead!
It's even crying! (I'm guessing the oil spots under it are from tears)

OK, just a short ride...... :D
