Can't activate spot

    I bought a spot locator on Amazon. Have been trying to activate it for a couple of days. I go through the entire process and at the end get an error message that says the sesion is being terminated. I've tried it from 2 computers and my wife tried it and had the same problem. Anybody else had this problem?

    Odd, I had nothing of the sort...seems like an issue within SPOT's database though, not your end.

    I had the same problem. When I went over the steps a second time, I noticed that I hadn't entered an email address for SPOT to send updates.

    I entered my own email address and the activation was successful.

    I to am having problems with Spot's customer service. If their service is that bad it really makes me wonder if they are really going to be of any help if/when I REALLY need them?

    I have the same problem: I can't activate the spot locator.
    I can't finde the solution. Can somebody help me, please?
