Saturday may be clear in anchorage, but the weather sites, or at least accuweather, are saying 4-8" of snow for the interior Thursday through Saturday morning... includes cantwell and points north.

This coming saturday is the Bike Blessing in Anchorage... Might be a better option if the weather up North is questionable. Marbee and I may try to work out breakfast somewhere beforehand. We'll be leaving from Wasilla if you want to jump in with us. :ricky

I get OFF work at 6:am providing the fine folks of our quaint Valley behave themselves. The only way I'm making the Blessing is if I get COFFEE and grub to keep me awake. :D See ya'll there!

Not, sure yet.... Gotta firm things up with Marbee. I'm guessing we'll leave Wasilla around 0800 or so. Not sure if chow will be out here or if we will try to meet up with a few others in Los Anchorage.

Gwennies is always good for breakfast. :deal

A new friend and I are riding south on Saturday, leaving around 10:00. We're going to Homer to spend the night, with a side trip to Seward first. I checked the weather up north as the road into Denali Park has been plowed the first 34 miles (last I checked) and I am very interested in riding on the road before the tourists come. However the weather forecast is NOT good, with cool temps and snow predicted. So - south it is!

We might be able to fit a ride to Varleys in on Sunday on our way home.
