I run 13/50 for the mountains, and 14/50 for the Utah desert. I bought a few extra crush washers and carry one in my spares on the bike.

So Chris, what part of Canyonlands NP are you probably looking across in that pic? And it's a beautiful pic, BTW.

That's taken from the needles overlook facing west. The Lockhart Basin road crosses the bottom of the pic near left end of that dirt runway. I'm pretty sure the Flint trail runs up against the second (back) set of cliffs in the distance.

Cool...I like to get perspective like that pic lays out. It's one of the things I have always liked about this part of the country. The views are huge and beautiful. I got to ride the Flint and Lockhart trails last spring, and I may ride them again when I go out to the area next week. I just don't get tired of this area. Again, gread pic, Chris.

Holy Toledo, it's a truly awe inspiring sight. It's an annual event, I hope? Put me on the email distribution list for the 2014 ride, please.

I've heard rumors that he has ridden with RF and Mtech but with all the riding I do he has never shown up on any rides:lol3
I think maybe it is a keyboard internet thing, or maybe Pale Rider unless RF will vouch for him:D

Hey!...last time I was riding with you, I think you were riding with 4 Texans, weren't you? It's pretty bad when even your New Mexico buds won't ride with you, and all you can find to ride with are Texans.:lol3

Seriously though, you guys are tougher than me. Camping off the bike isn't my thing. I like to roll back to base camp and my van to open up my wetbar for the evening. Yeah, I'm a candyass Texan.:D
