Carbon fiber windshield for LC8 Adventure

    I was playing a bit during winter, but it took a little more time than expected, but here we go:

    Carbon fiber windschield - my garage production :1drink
    It is aprox. 3cm lower than original one, but as it is more steep, the wind protection is better.

    thats nice
    is it polyester resin or epoxy ?
    how mnany layers of carbon fabric ?
    is it vacuum bagged or simple lay up ?

    Hi it is Epoxy...

    1 or 2 layers of carbon and than 2 layers of glass...
    It is not vacuum bagged, but profis making boats in next garage do the first layer also simple lay up and no single bubble... crazy...

    My Rally Look schield:-) I tested black-orange carbon kevlar, but it is darker than standard KTM orange..
