I like the looks and function of the Suzuki DRZ400 SM stock front fenders. I use them on 21" wheels on other bikes, and they just cover enough to help off road, and aren't too big and clunky. Then also aren't too terribly complex from a mold making standpoint.

Take a look and see what you think! Plus, you would have a large market of DRZ supermotard owners to sell to as well!! :evil

The "gRally screen" I did (this picture)
....is only the replacement of the blue screen from Touratech and fits (plug and play) with the Touratech housing (brackets) and lights!

...and it fits also with "the German KTM Bastler lisghts" - my gRally screen is only replacing the white one and the orange one piece...

So currently available gRally screen fits (plug and play) with Touratech and KTM bastler lights and housing/brackets.

NOTE! If you DONT HAVE any of this two lences/lights units (touratech or KTM bastler) on your bike already!
Than you have two options to wait about 3 weeks:
A/ unitl I will mount "my lences/lights" unit into the so called "gRally complete screen"
B/ until I will finish the screen, that fit with OEM headlight unit - so called "gEVO5"

Fyi. gEVO5 3D model so far:

I have one of Rade's CF windscreens on my bike made for the stock light. It works great and I like it a lot. I think the shape is really good.

    Hey, hey, hey!!!

if you wait about 3 weeks I will have full solution with "my" lights - so no need to buy KTM bastler lights for 300E + mine shield for additional 129E&shippment. My full solution will be less than 299EUR complete with halogen lights.

So pls. give me few more weeks - I need to do some testing so that the lights are shining where is should be shining - not that simple as I thought :-)

I've just received it this morning. Friday to tuesday using regular postal shipment, from Prague to Barcelona.

Smooth, fast and effective communication. Who the man? you the man buddy! Yes it is!

A few pictures of it. Only 506g or 17.9oz including the plexi cover and bolts.

I saw your project - you would need the shield w/o the wholes for lights and fit is your self. I one w/o sockets and you can modify your self - I see you are clever enough :-)

    drop me a PM.

Just a form, but at least you can have an idea how the lights will fit in there (halogen or HID from Trailtech). The lights will be mounted directly in the screen so no extra bracket or tower needed... I wish I have more time to finish it in a week or two... than the complete solution will be ready.

Is this going to be available in a paintable form (fiberglass) rather than CF? I'm not a fan of the CF look.

So below is 4" highbeam and 2" lowbeam using Trailtech lights? I'm more used to it being the reverse, 2" high, 4" low. Isn't that how Trailtech's headlight masks are configured?

Also, do you have access to the Touratech screen. If so, be curious to see side/by/side pic of your screen and the Touratech. I'm curious how much taller yours is/etc.
