That looks awesome! I had hoped to plan a hog hunt, but never got it put together. Looks like you have a great setup there. An adventure for sure. If you ever decide to give guided hunts, let me know.:D

I know you said it was SC, but those last couple slides remind me of a party I saw in Morgantown, WV one time.

Funny you should say that, look what I just got in my email

Looked like Morgantown after a WVU game, They burn couches in the street after the game.

    sweet!

My good buddy is an important guy in the firearms industry. Next week he is being taken out west to shoot hogs and coyotes from a helicopter with aimpoint red dots on AR's

Its a wonder we are still friends...

Shooting targets from a chopper is pretty cool......

except when the targets shoot back.

Maybe we can get a RTE/RTR in before the RTE. :deal I have to go the Cville in the morning, 8:39 to 11:30 but am free the rest of the weekend and all next week.
I may post up in the Cville thread to see if anyone wants to meet for lunch tomorrow...although I'll be in the truck.

anyone been here yet? or tasted any of their whiskies?

The Virginia Distillery Company’s home, Eades Hollow, is located in beautiful Nelson County on US Route 29 in Lovingston. We are only 25 minutes from Wintergreen Resort and the city of Charlottesville; just a day trip from Richmond and Washington D.C. We are pleased to be part of a thriving community of wineries, breweries and other distilleries in this beautiful Commonwealth. http://www.vadistillery.com/home.html

Distilleries seem to be proliferating back there. The one in Purecellville was pretty cool. Bet this one is even better . . . :freaky

Check out the Copper Fox Distillery in Sperryville, they will sell you a kit to age your own single malt. Very interesting tour also

    :rofl:rofl:rofl

Seriously, Aged booze tastes much better, IMO. The best "sprite" I tried had some peach schnapps in it. Catoctin Distillery's "Moseby's Spirit" is unaged-basically moonshine. I really prefer the taste that aging in oak provides.
