Decided to do the mature thing, eat chili and watch football, Happy New Year
This ride sounds good---anyone interested??
I would love to go to this, but our youngest daughter graduates that weekend.
Hey Randy...id be up for that RIDE..keep me posted..
Some St. Louis guys are in, I'm on the fence because the employer wont make up his mind on the days needed off, If able, I will be riding down.
love to that is a great area but i think i will be working.
Been there done that Ride and would do again this year, My boy is also walking the stage into the real world that weekend. I wont be making this year either. Great riding down there and a great bunch of guys down there to ride with. They also do monthly rides/ camping down there around that area also always a good time and worth the trip.
A_SAPPER=Andy??? ...Scott here. How are you?
I see a lot of folks talking about a ride. I won't try to think up great rides since there are plenty, but will throw a "sure thing" up on the board now- Every year I/we all go to the Swinging Bridges Ride and it seems each year that I meet some one and ride down Friday to the Hotel. We can certainly all convoy down together. Regardless, the SBR is the "Signature" ride in this area and is fun every year with 50-80 bikes. If you are from this area and are not familiar with the SBR- Be my guest this year. I would be happy to fill you guys in and invite you out. I make new friends every year and see them all over the country...and see them when I travel across the country. A great time.
Also...I am planning an Alaska trip with my riding buddy for June~
Is the SBR on this year?

I think SBR is going to happen in May 4-5th. Check with inmate "Bigdog", and if you haven't, check out his videos.
Missouri Adventures Riders thread.
I am loosely organizing a Winter Indoor Gathering for the Mid-MO ADV Riders. My good friend and fellow rider Stuart owns a large DIY Auto & Moto Repair Space called "TheTuningSpot.com" and he's up for hosting club get-togethers, which really makes sense during the dark, cold winter months. This place is HUGE! 7,000 square feet. Plenty of room to Ride in, Kick the tires and Talk BS about ADV.
We have set the Date for Sunday Jan 20th, 1pm to 3ish.
If you ride, you can pull on inside, just honk at the door.

About 10 of us is going to the Boston Mountains Feb 28-march 3.
Hey I hope we can get together. There are a lot of good guys on here and great rides. I'm riding today, but just a short trip. Maybe Saturday or Sunday.
I've been watching this tread for a while keeping my mouth shut. Looks like I might be able to make it if I don't have to take my granddaughter back to Sedalia Sunday afternoon. It might be a little to cold to ride though.
What? Where? Did I miss something? Is there a ride going to happen? "Boston Mountains"...Where's that?
