On "Ayers Rock" (or just a bump on the ground) in the middle of the Kingston Plains or as I call it the Dez.

This is impressive, over 6 feet deep and @ 12 ft wide. Located along the Sparta-Elroy bike trail. On the right you can see the access road that is open to vehicles.(pm me for super secret directions) Or you can pedal the bike trail which passes through the tunnel.
No, I'm on my work route and end up heading west on 9 across northern IA.

Talimena Parkway, eastern Oklahoma. Runs from Talihina, OK to Mena, AR.
Mississippi lock and dam. Iowa on the left, Illinois on the right.
At west edge of high plains near Laramie. Commemorates the Lincoln highway, that is U.S. 30.
