Between Ridgecrest & Trona you should definitely hit the highlights of Spangler Hills, just southeast of Ridgecret. There is a small mountain range in the middle that has lots of fun single track, hill climbs, washes, etc. You come out the east side of the mountains and head north to the Pinnacles before heading out to Trona.

    Hey Andrew,
We rode the east side Saturday, Echo canyon to big Dune, then to Beatty and down Titus Canyon.
The riding conditions were great. Friday night rain soaked the dirt 4-6 inches. Big dune was super fun, we carved it up with knobbies! Pics and RR coming....JP got lots of footage, too.

If anyone is interested in going to Cal City Feb 8 and coming back Feb 10 let me know.. We will be staying at the Best Western there and Riding into Ransburg and on to Ridgcrest then back hwy 14 past Red Rock and through the desert back to Cal City. Sunday ride too just not quite as long. This is as much desert as possible, hwy only to make up time and in case someone breaks there foot or something. ( JP )...

Let me know. I have one room reserved at the B.W. but I am sure there are more available. :drif

Dangit, I'm out on this one, I have some bike issues that need tending to.....My frame is cracking near the swingarm pivot :cry It looks like a manufacturing defect, the weld came off the radius between 2 parts in that area & is exactly where it is starting to crack. Shouldnt be too much of a pain to have welded as its not too big at the moment.

Justin, I have a welder, in Visalia. Bring it over. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the pounding over the rocks for the last few years...

We can fix those inferior Suzuki welds.
