You townies have fun. I was planning on making it tonight but it's still pretty messy out here.

In other news, even as I get rid of tools left and right, I broke down and bought a pneumatic stapler to do my seat. Drug everything inside where it's nice and toasty today. Seat Concepts seat cover went on well.

So I have a stapler now if anybody needs to use one. And a better DRZ seat for my MPAL. Now if I could only try it out... :ricky

Seat looks good Hppyfngy. We had some issues with mine, the cover was a little too big for the seat foam. Not a major issue but impossible to get all the seams to line up perfect. Not a big deal to me if the increased comfort makes up for it.

You can see here where the piping doesn't follow the contour of the foam. It was the best compromise we could come up with and still have the cover tight without any wrinkles. For the money I don't think this option can be beat.

Yours looks great Kev. I probably wouldn't even have noticed that slight issue you had if you hadn't mentioned it.

The DRZ seat had its little issues too but nothing too bad. Cover was just barely long enough. I almost trimmed the foam a little but made it work. I'm satisfied.

I do love it Bob! It'll take me a minute to get used to the stark black on the white bike.
....... Okay, I sat on it and I'm completely over it. :D

Seats look good. I still haven't put but a couple of hundred miles on mine but it's an improvement. We'll see after an all day ride.

    Hey everyone,

If you are out riding today please keep an eye out for Leo. He is the Charlottesville k-9 dog that belongs to a good friend of mine. She lost him last night in the Burnley Station road area so if your riding takes you that direction please keep your eyes peeled. Please call police if you see him. I dont think he will come to you if called, but he is friendly so don't worry if he does.

The story is on newsplex too.

    Thanks!

Since I haven't had anyone interested in joining me Saturday, I'm going to start on a new project this week. I have a friend who's going to help me with building a MX track here. Dozer arrives tomorrow :)

Anyone interested in going on a fire road ride next Saturday? Wanting to take my 300 EXC across Blakey, but probably shouldn't go alone. I'm planning to unload at the saddle above Criglersville. Its not street legal yet, so I can't ride in SNP. Feel free to shoot me a PM. This is also practice for next month's Hare Scramble race.

Practice for hare scramble = much faster than I can ride that fire road.

Still might come up there and help pull you up a steep hill, just like at Erzberg!

By the way, my band Ice House Road will be at the Beer Hound Brewery in Ruckersville (ish) on Saturday April 6, 8-11, $5, worth it.

Been waiting until today (first day of the week the saloon is open) to get down there and talk to them about plans for April. Last month Mateus mentioned wanting to do something that would keep non moto heads engaged as well, maybe something like any given Sunday. If he still wants to do that we could do some Romainiacs clips before and after. Which would be and entertaining contrast.

That sounds good. I have two of the "Sunday" movies. Don't have the "Revisited" one though.
