+1 on the SENA SMH-10. Go for a dual set at a great price in the vendors forum. Can do everything you want whether your on the same bike or let a buddy use it on a separate bike. Also pair to GPS, bluetooth phone, radio, and your wife. Weatherproof, lightweight and easy to use.

This should probably be in the equipment forum, where there have been many threads about intercom systems.

I have had good luck with Starcom intercom systems. Because we ride with earplugs the volume is a bit low, but other than that they do the job.

    Autocom PRO-AV.

I have the GPS, Ipod, radar, wife, Radio and at times a FRS radio.

I use earphones (IR6) as the GSA is kinda noise makes them a good thing. Volume is fine most of the time.
