    Tore a Ligament at the end of June and still can't get a leg over either of my Gs's. You guys aren't helping :D

    Not so much as "heels down" its more "toes up". Good enduro technique. Helps kep your toes away from stumps. Seen quite a few guys with busted toes and feet from hitting stumps, especially in forested country where trees have been cut before. Some guys used to wear plastic boots.(way back early 80's) Vandimini i think made them. Like wearing ski boots :eek1 but protected ya feet well.

    Yeah, but is it still running? :D That's usually about the point where the float bowl vents start sucking water and things sputter to a halt.

    Bike was still running and made the crossing. Everyone else was on thumpers that day and I left my XR650R at the house. Wanted to push the envelope, I just made it.

    SH, appears we have similar tastes in multiple areas.
