Nuts about this bike, airheads rule !
This is my 1990 R100GS the day I picked it up here in Denver. Love this bike. Slowly finding the parts to make a PD kit.

Love my r100gs....
respecting the heels down stance
What does it mean? Lol I looked back through a few shots and apparently I do it everywhere
Any horse rider will tell you that is the right way to ride standing up
Tore a Ligament at the end of June and still can't get a leg over either of my Gs's. You guys aren't helping
Fourtunatly I can still ride my 100/7
Not so much as "heels down" its more "toes up". Good enduro technique. Helps kep your toes away from stumps. Seen quite a few guys with busted toes and feet from hitting stumps, especially in forested country where trees have been cut before. Some guys used to wear plastic boots.(way back early 80's) Vandimini i think made them. Like wearing ski boots :eek1 but protected ya feet well.
white helmet, black Rallye 2, red and white, PD, river crossing up to the knees.... HEY IS THAT ME?
Over the cylinders, thats pretty rad.
Yeah, but is it still running? That's usually about the point where the float bowl vents start sucking water and things sputter to a halt.
Dont stop there! thats bat country!
Lets wait and see if the muffler is still pooting.
Bike was still running and made the crossing. Everyone else was on thumpers that day and I left my XR650R at the house. Wanted to push the envelope, I just made it.
SH, appears we have similar tastes in multiple areas.
