Did someone say binders? Sorry for the crappy cell picture. I tried to buy it but no luck.
That retro paint job makes me want to confess. A few months ago I taped off my 2014 F250 to see if this paint job:
would work on my 2014:
I came to the conclusion that it'll look pretty nice actually, but I'm a cheapskate when it comes to spending money on the vanity of a work truck.
Makes me all warm and tingly!
Id like to see that on a 3500 crew longbed! Red/white/red.
Colorado miles, if I'm not mistaken.
From their FB page...

I have no connection to the dealership, but it seems someone hit a home run with the custom graphics in this truck.
there has never been a dought that folks want the " new truck " with the look of the old one.
I think it is pretty darn cool and wish I would have thought of it first.
to make it 100% authentic they need to off set the trim sticker going from the cab to the bed about a 1/2 inch.
Rick, I'd almost swear that was the old "bus" that used to run between Lawton and Altus...
Isn't that cool? I got the post on FB with the truck last night and knew this was the place to share it.
after seeing THIS I unliked my like of the first post.
The old okie stretcher is what we used to call that bus. Yes you are right. The old bus service used buses like that between Altus and Lawton. They also used a couple of buses that had a more car like front end-Chrysler maybe-that was just butt ugly. I haven't seen any of those around in years and years. I'm going to find one of those, but I'm going to visit with the dude with the binder again next week to see if he would let it go. I think it would look good murdered out.
1992 Subaru Sambar Supercharged! - $5995 (Midlothian)
1992 Subaru Sambar
cylinders: 4 cylinders
paint color: silver
title status: clean
EDIT: Just to add due to popular questions, the speedometer reads in kilometers which is why the dash reads higher than my listed mileage. This truck will also cruise at 60-65 MPH but can be pushed further for passing speed. The vehicle is sold as is.
This is specific Subaru Sambar truck stands out from the average Kei truck. This Kei truck is bringing a 4 cylinder fuel injected supercharged engine to the table. The exterior is original. Overall the exterior excluding the truck bed is very nice, especially so for a Kei class vehicle. The paint does have some minor blemishes and fading on the decals, but still shines nicely and is well above average for a 25 year old vehicle. The body is in similar shape with no major dents or dings excluding the truck bed area.
The interior also remains mostly original with the exception of a updated radio paired with 2 new speakers. The seats and carpet have some minor fading, the drivers seat shows wear with tears present. All panels show minimal to light wear with no severe staining. Despite having a small foot print, plenty of cargo space is available in the bed and also behind the passenger seat.
The heart of this tiny monster is a fuel injected 658cc supercharged four cylinder. The EN07 engine starts right away, idles correctly. Power is transferred through a 5 speed manual transmission with a added low gear to a push button 4WD system on the shifter. The transmission shifts correctly, the clutch does not slip, and the 4WD system is functioning correctly. No issues have occurred during the mileage i've added on. All systems appear to be in working order. Currently this Sambar has just 76k original miles. Offered at only $5,995
New spark plugs
New headlight bulbs
New radio and 2 speakers installed
New cigarette lighter / power outlet
New state inspection
Brake system flushed
The truck bed has signs of use and shows scratches and dents but is still solid.
The drivers seat has splits and wear from use
The vehicle is over 20 years old so normal wear on other items.
Email, call or text for more info. Reason Im selling is to fund my wedding.
