    <SECTION id=postingbody>A clean-titled, bone-stock 2002 Kawasaki ZRX1200R up for sale.

Low miles - only 12,266 currently. May rise a little as I'll ride a bit until it is sold.
Tires - Newer Bridgestone Battlax with 95% tread left.
Tags are good until July of 2016.

Shifts super smoothly, and handles like a dream. This bike has a respectable amount of power, and gets you where you want to go when you want to go there.

If you'd like to test the bike, you'll need to have a valid motorcycle endorsement and cash in hand.

Give me a call at 541.514.3ninesix3. Have a great day!

The ZRX has been on my short list for years, so I have been watching them.

For a 1200 this time of year, with low miles, that's a fair price.

But, they've come down a lot in recent years. You'll see $2.5-$3k as the winter time price for similar bikes.

Needs to go on a diet as well. Rather porky. The suspension will have to be worked on, but you can say that about alot of bikes. A Z1000 is a better pick if you can get past the looks.:rofl

The ZRX is a great bike, especially if your into mucho torque. Gold valves up front and Bitmo shocks out back and you can run at the front on the street. Ditch the stock exhaust and smog junk and you'll loose 30 plus pounds. Solid engines as long as you make sure to keep the oil level on the high side. Seen a couple with over a 100k on them. I've beat mine for 40K with no issues.

I've been wanting one of these for years. In green of course. I will have one, one day.

Did not know all this info (haven't done any research on them), thanks for sharing. -Ed

Scam/email harvesting. The ad is light on details, no plate, no context for location, price is too good to be true. Reverse google image search shows it posted all over the place.

And yeah, I'm going to keep pointing out the scams.

    I appreciate it WB.

Also a good point to mention it's best to have a disposable email for CL replying. I go through about one a year

K1100LT these are great tour bikes. Much lighter than the new 1200's.

Saw a 1974 yamaha 250 (dirt oriented/no lights, worn info tag) with title at a yard sale this afternoon for $400 obo. Looks like an old used bike. I think it runs, lady gave me the number of the actual seller and didn't want me to try and start it without him. The tank is dented and has a liner coat, the seat is good, it doesn't look all that bad, the air filter is clean, the fuel isn't varnished, the brakes work, one fork seal is leaking, there isn't much rust. It is not all original and it's purpose in life would be to get ridden.
What do you think? Sound like a good deal?
