More like he discovered that powder coating is a thing and wanted to try out a few colors.

No place to rest your legs when riding. Maybe modified Flintstone-drive? Not sure...

Huge price drop. The crack buzz has apparently worn off. Plenty of budget now for foot pegs. :lol3

Wish I'd found this while it was still in "Shriner" condition, before this clown made it his "own." Also, I know Richmond pretty well and I'd like to know where he put 4,500 miles on this thing without lights, a license plate bracket and plate and an inspection sticker.

Selling my XS850. I originally purchased this bike 4years ago from a guy in the Shriners club that used it exclusively to ride in Holiday parades. Even from the '80's it only had 500 miles on it when I bought it. You'll notice that it no longer looks original and I've made it "my own". Which includes negating an odometer. I can only guess that it has up to 5000 miles on it now. Anyway, now's your chance to make it your own. $2500 OBO.

I looked but I can't find it. Is there some kind of book? I mean something like: "the hipsters guide to ruining perfectly good bikes" or "how to screw up the lines of a perfectly good bike for the tasteless dummy" or "how to make your bike worth even less" ??????
