Was looking at some dry bag bicycle seat bags on Amazon and figured I would give one of these a try for $20.
Fits a 21" tube perfect and could probably fit something else small. Going to order over one for the other side too.

Did KTM used to do crash bar bags as a Powerpart? I'm sure I've seen some with KTM branding on somewhere.

These are KTM tool belts. I have one on each side. They are awesome. Used a little 550 chord to "tie" the top of the belt to the top of the crash bars to keep the position. I can pop these off and throw them over my shoulder and be off. I keep the nylon webbing belt heavily coated in armor all for a concern that the high heat will dry out the nylon belts and make them brittle. So far so good. I have about 4000 miles on this set up. Plan to soak the belts each time I change oil. I have also run KTM fanny packs in a similar fashion but these belts offer more space.

I should mention that they do a nice job of dissipating heat and wind off of the legs too. I was a little concerned that they would hold too much heat near the engine and not allow it to dissipate but I have never gone over 4 bars (normal) with this set up.
