Mount Ontake, Nagano Japan. Majestic but deadly, it claimed the lives of 54 hikers when it erupted in 2014.

Almost as west as you can go in Tasmania. Sorry for the picture quality.

Hey Brendan, how do you like the Honda? I've been looking at trading out of my s10. What are your thoughts.

Yeah it is good. It had a few things that I wanted and still need to change for my preferences. Compared to a S10 which I used to own a few years back. The AT hasn't quite got the grunt off the line like the S10. But in my opinion the AT is an easier bike to ride. Much like a big trail bike. The torque and power delivery is very deceptive. Almost feels flat in a way, but it can be quite quick even two up like I was in Tassie. The girlfriend really liked being on the back, she found it very comfortable. Sometimes falling asleep and almost fell off once going around a corner. Maybe I just wasn't riding fast enough to keep her awake.

I would suggest swinging a leg over one and going for a ride. You may be surprised or not. I did consider buying another S10, but the price of the AT made it hard to resist.

Thanks mate, I am looking to update and I love the s10 but I think you're right about the price. Also I'm leaning towards more dirt roads than blacktop these days.

Wow, sweet bike and ride conditions. I don't get as far west as Tasmania that often anymore.

Ok, never. But it's on my list now :1drink
