    Hi Brady,
I searched the thread looking for examples of Happy Trail pannier liners and couldn't find any. Have you done any liners for Happy Trail boxes?

They have a 3/4 inch lip all the way around the opening. I'm trying to figure out a way to design a liner that will allow me access to the contents while the liner is in the box. A zipper around the outside edges may not work. any ideas from anyone?

    Thanks

This may be a solution that works for your application. Side opening for easy loading and double top zippers for access when in the cases.

I recently got the 2 KLR650 SW Motech crashbar bags from Brady. I love those bags. The stitching on one of them came loose a little. I asked Brad about that and he told me to send the bag to him so he can fix it. Sent it last Monday and 1 week later (today) I got the fixed up bag back in the mail. Thanks for the quick turnaround on getting this fixed Brady.

BTW. I also love my Pelican case liners I got from you. They are a little orange but I asked for that color :lol3

    Thanks,

    Leon

Colorado was awesome! The fun started in Colorado Springs, the to Pagosa Springs, over to Durango and up the Million Dollar Highway. Ended in Steamboat Springs before we started heading home. I have more pictures than I need of our bikes in the foreground with mountains in the background. Probably the best moto-vacation I've taken. Sorry our schedule didn't work out to get together!

I received my Zega Pro liners today. Awesome fit and workmanship. They look exactly like the pictured liners suggested for the Happy Trail Panniers.

I will order more stuff I have in mind in a few weeks.

I think I made one a long time ago. If you have dimensions of what you are looking for, send me a PM and we can work out the details.

They fit the forward hoop to the diagonal support webbing perfectly. The Velcro sure feels strong enough, but I installed some grommets and some plastic inside each bag and mounted it to the diagonal metal web.

    They DON'T move at all!!!

    Thanks again Brady.
