You gonna get a Corbin or Sargent seat for that?
Nice. Let me know when you get tired of it. I'll buy it from you.
You are welcome to basecamp here at the farm.
AWESOME. Had a great time at the Tera Firma at your place. I'll PM you later this week with specifics. THANKS
We got a little snow here in Dawsonville. I think we are on the southernmost tip of any accumulation. It got COLD though and my street is a sheet of ice. We got some flurries yesterday at work in Cumming.
The 950 has a new sidekick as of yesterday. Gonna call it "Elvis" after the original owner who bought it new in 1974 and rode around on it shooting deer . 1973 R75/5 with 10-year old dust and grime on it. It needed saving.
We've got 2-3" here in the Mountaintown area. Started around lunchtime Saturday and snowed off and on most of the afternoon. Darn camera is in my tank bag at home. It's pretty, especially on the evergreens with a cardinal sitting there. 28 degrees at the moment so it's got to warm up before it goes anywhere.
Look forward to seeing that old air head.
Nice. A 1973 model just like me. I am always looking for '73 bikes...but have not had the courage to buy any of them yet. Good luck with it. Does it need a lot of work?
Looks good, Flux.
I've got an old 73 kawasaki myself. There's a boneyard out in Conyers with a shitload of all different kinds of bikes on it. They had five or six of mine. Holler if you have trouble finding parts.
now we're talking
You can't go wrong with a KDX. They are happy to poke along on, but capable of riding as hard as you want. They can be had for cheap and require about as little maintenance as any bike ever made. I've put many hours on mine and still love it.
Hey butt squeegee I've got the liner in my truck but never heard from you.
The airhead should be fun. I started a restoration tread over in Oldschool.
Trying to find it I found like 15 other awesome threads I feel I have to read now. (love ya Flux)
You were supposed to call me on your way to Woodstock, vagina boy.
There's one reason I'm very happy when Flux buys a cool bike...
talking and wrenching
rather be riding
I hate you!
I haven't left yet. Let's go.
Will someone quote Coates so I can what he said.
