No... Im pretty sure he' using wheels and a chassis too...

he was chasing some used mousse the other day, so I'm assuming he had rims to put 'em on...? :scratch

EDIT: A quick skim of start list shows two TM's

Alex Zanotti is on a 2013 spec TM - the one at the Italian Show in Milan with all the last minute not done stuff... if you recall the pre.event thread back around october/november?

(the bike manny is on is Alex's 2012 ride if I am not misstaken)

Zanotti, #38 is listed as also riding a TM.

Just following up on the BMW G450x's, cause I'm a BMW fanboy. Both are out. :D One on stage 2, the other on 3.

Jan Zatko, #105, out on 3. 56 years old, Slovakia. His second Dakar. MAde it to stage 5 last year.

Gilles Vanderweyen, #194, Belgium. First Dakar. Out after one full stage. Dont think he started the second.

    Hey, TSC...

As promised, and whether you want it or not, here's a snapshot of my workstation - highlighted by Andy Caldecott #10 on the Repsol poster.....That's what I get to work under every day, even outside of the two best weeks of the year.

BTW - pay no attention to the mustached man!

Was thinking about Jonah, today, to not let the memory of past champions fade. Also, Andy Caldecott holds a special place, too, even though I never met him.
