Laia is in!!!!!
If that's the case they could see mud and flooding.
This is a track west of the 40/Belen and NE of Fiambala, I was heading south. Looking at the map they may well be running on this road. I took this pic in Feb.
++must have been a wonky tracker for a bit
When you have the big cajones they get interviewed too !
Edit: Looks like she and teammate PUERTAS ran together all day then her tracker died after WP8.
Good on 'em!
Now THAT'S funny
JORDI VILADOMS (ESP)
ERIC PALANTE (BEL)
When I lived in Desert Center California the highes temp I remember riding in was 52.7C. It takes a very high level of motivation to ride in those temps,(and hydration!).
Why isn't she showing in the standings?!? Arghhhh!
Concur. 49.7c is what he showed on screen.
Rod Faggotter Dakar 2012/2013
Stage 10 was a rugged day for Rod. It was dust all day and extremely hot. He wore out rear tyre and completely wore out new brake pads in the front down to the metal. There was so much dust if you were behind someone you got stuck there, but he managed to come in 25th and still holds his ranking of 16th. All the Aussies did well today must be the dust : )
Thanks for the warning.
No tracker shows her in....but none did not last night either....she should get some rest tonight, going to be hot tomorrow...... If they don't get her Gas Gas sorted she won't make it past 100 degrees tomorrow....here's hoping the best for her...
Sweet! I need to get out more.
Don't worry, Alien snookerist today! One has almost won already, so shouldn't be as much excitment as last night!
