Several who started well after Si are through CP1. I''m worried, too.

Mischa, maybe the colors can reflect the manufacturer brands.

Yeah it's a bit hard to do that in HTML. I don't have that much time, so hope this is fine enough for the time being ;-) Maybe we can make something nice after Dakar. Let's just stay in touch.

Awesome!! Makes it so much easier to grasp the lead that Bandana and his WC have over the field

Read somewhere that he had turned off the iritrack because he thought it was causing issues with the bike electrically.

As I read that scenario, ASO didn't think that was kosher, so he got no credit (read: penalties) for the missed wp's on that stage.

It was just some raw humor, didn't mean to ruffle your feathers. As far as the rest of what you said it's pretty obvious, but thanks for the tutorial. :D

21 riders not at cp1 yet...given the expected attrition rate about half of them should make it...

    I often think about that.
To still be able to judge correct pace under those riding conditions, mental and physical strains, speed, stress ...And without a single reference point. Alone in the desert for miles and miles ... Wow.
