Come on David Reeve where are you!
Pics Stage 2 by www.dakar.com
Reminder Foxsports now 2 hours
Love that- sounds like something from the F5firehose.
David Reeve is in 39" down.
Wow, the times are really opening up today. I suppose that is to be expected
Has MXMum been on here yet this year? I wonder if we'll hear from her tonight?
I believe she was banned from commenting for some strange reason.
For sure she is jumping on the couch!
Congrats Mum! You must be so proud!
Thanks, Danke, Merci and Muchas Gracias
Chaleco saying he stopped for an electrical problem but sorted it out and had a smooth ride.
Im loving the Foxsports coverage. Such an improvement on last year and better than watching that French nut tucked somewhere out the way in the bivouac.
'twas that way with Israel, too, then a CP1 time was filled in. Sooooo, it looks like, maybe, the dood with the clipboard wrote down some arrivals at CP1 then retired over behind yon large outcropping to commune with nature and met a friendly, furry camelid and . . . . .
Then, when Israel and Laia showed up at ASS the clipboard dood there checked the data that had been transmitted and said, Sacre Bleu! Zese pilotts(es) cannot yet be here, zey 'ave not yet been troo CP-1.
Then ensued a call back to CP-1 prompting a search thereabouts and the miscreant was found and Voila!
(and I now see that a CP-1 time has been filled in for Laia)
(of course I could be wrong)
Where did he throw it?
CD crashed and didn't feel very well. Didn't want to talk with reporters.
Barreda hit a cow!?
Duclos looking very satisfied in the background
Dunes were v difficult
Things went well on the road section.
150km found a group of cows and I came off damaging my road book
This made navigation problematic, but I finished without a problem. (contento)
Crash Bang Bang Barreda!!!
CdP fell and hit his head pretty bad. He told Fox reporters he wasn't feeling too well when they tried to interview him
