LOVED the video!! Made my day!
Actually , about a mile from my casa Dave. Burbon Street Cafe at that Way Side truck stop has some great food. Most all the Poker Runs start at that place also down here. Enjoying the update. Hang tuff guy. Tell Julie " Super HI" from me.
...I'm all caught up and left hanging for the "random encounter".
Great RR Dave, looking forward to more.
How did I miss this???
Looks like I have some reading to do.
Loves me some iDave RR
:huh ?? ... I know...I know... KANEMAN ! .... It's got to be... . Right...
Yep... I'm still following along, and enjoying the ride Dave ! You haven't lost your writing style at all !
Dave, I will say one thing about your daughter, she seems very happy in every photo you have taken of her! ALWAYS smiling. Don't know if it was cause you were there or her boyfriend was but I would say that girl will be just fine! You have evidently done a wonderful job with her...
Is that Loveshack version 2?
Love the handlebars.
sure are lot's of bricks . thanks to your pics, I now have to add texas to my bucket list...
Those look like Guzzi bars!
Abby looks very happy and damned if my eyes don't start leaking when I read these installments. Damn allergies, yeah, that's it. For whatever reason, your writing really stirs some emotions. It's a good thing. Thank you for sharing such personal aspects of your life. Write/ride on.
Nice rr. I like they way you always get the family into it as well. And I miss Kaneman's writing also.
Great Ft. Worth pics!
What happened to the Aprilia?
I don't believe it. I was standing near that exact same tree around Christmas on a business trip to Dallas - we had dinner in Ft. Worth and stopped near that tree.
Damn Dave, glad you didn't freeze to death. You don't need yo be in a hurry to finish your report on our account, enjoying it all. Thanks for the reconnect with Kaneman, looks like he's doing well. Those pics of you and Abby together, there's one proud poppa, good job, that smile of her's just seems to radiate an inner light.
Thanks, Dave. I've done a couple frozen nuts rides myself. Nuthin' like cold on a bike.
You're welcome Dave, being your friend is my honor. Thank you for the awesome write up, it was hard to read some of it cause it got so dusty in here and my eyes got all watery and stuff!! haha. One of these days we're going to head westward together...
Tell everyone I said hi please!
P.S. - It was super cool seeing you touring all my local spots!!
Nice report. And good to see Kaneman after all this time.
Glad you are home safe and sound!
As always Dave. Love the ride report, and the way you share your ride and thoughts. It is what make the ADV riding community great! The connection that we make and how we share them. I for one and glad you did the winter ride!!
Good to get caught up on Josh and his life. Always enjoyed the Kaneman ride and hated that it imploded the way it did.
Hugs to you and Julie!! Hope to see you guys again someday
