Heading EAST then WEST Hwy 190 DV FEB2017
I was catching up with this page and finally saw your video on the Desktop (to fully appreciate it). During the drone scenes, was the drone following you on autopilot, homing on you or was someone else guiding it? In any event, fabulous video and soundtrack. Thanks!
Gorgeous Goose, sir!
These photos were shot on Feb 21 2017 a week after MAXJETS. I was crossing Panamint Valley Westbound on CA 190 after it had rained for two days. There was water where the road crosses the low point. This scene only lasted a few moments before the Sun came out from behind a cloud, and the water stopped reflecting the mountains & sky.
My camera was set on the lowest res possible and only managed a few shots before the water returned to looking like a mud puddle!
Death Valley in Mid-June, had the place to myself just how I like it.
I didn't know Death Valley had such great trails and beautiful scenery. Not too far from me for a weekend trip. But it's getting HOT this time of year. Thanks for sharing!
Chimney Peak Wilderness area, near the bottom of the east side of Sherman Pass / 9 Mile Canyon Road
I love Death Valley. I'm also a fan of bringing the wrong tool for the job.
Might be going back again this spring for some exploration of the Panamint area. Or might just go screw around down in Baja.
I'm nowhere near the photographer some of you other fellas on this thread are, but here's a few of my good ones.
Thanks for the thread.
