Where to purchase at a store in Europe-Switzerland or nautilus?
Battling to find
How about Stebel Nautilus?
Forgot to add that.
Both are similar.
I guess you can't go wrong with either?
I have Nautilus and it has been a life saver.. at least a couple times. The only problem ran into that after a few days of rain or because of the dust on 14k mile trip one of the tones chocked but it came back after a few tries. I suppose you have to blow that thing from time to time to keep it going.
Amazon sells Sound bomb, Nautilus and awfully like-looking Chinese copy.. if not US there's Italian Amazon site too good luck
This dutch site has quite a few, but not the Denali. Should open in English. I bought the Stebel from them some 5 years ago, still works
The Chinese copy is sold by Harbor Freight as the 'Bad Boy' $ 39.95
Speaking from personal experience it works well and will last 5 years before moisture destroys it. But that's in California where the only moisture comes from the car wash
I have the Soundbomb and can attest that it is a very good (loud and noticeable) horn. A quick glance at eBay shows several vendors in the UK. Not sure what customs/shipping would be to Switzerland, but would have to beat shipping from USA.
Are you dead set on this type of air horn?
"Wolo Bad Boy", and "Nautilus Stebel ", "Denali soundbomb", they are (essentially) all the same unit.
Wolo Bad Boy
If you are not, you just want louder, more noticeable horn(s), I'd suggest
PIAA sports horn (I have this one. The video below is mine.)

Hella and PIAA are NOT air horns, meaning there's no compressor. One less thing to go wrong. The response is quicker than compact air horns.
