Any elevation changes? Maybe run it up the bank like they used to do in the Silverdome :clap We're talking Sunday, right?

That sounds like an interesting plan for a track, i'll investigate.

Haven't had a chance to drill yet, i'll post up conditions tomorrow.

Let's plan a big shindig for next weekend - Sunday. It's supposed to be really cold all next week and we'll be able to make use of whatever we want out there.

Who's in for next Sunday (Jan 27) ?

The 27th would be better for me. I can procrastinate mounting the tires for another week that way :lol3

May have found a set of Ice Tires. Plan to perhaps put on my Honda (kick start,,, I am perhaps sure to regret that)

Anyone know if any dealer locally carry tire wraps?

Don't sweat it. Just bring a hair dryer, an extension cord and a strong right leg. This is what a cold blooded BIG RED (white) PIG looks like.

Thanks, will get some at Motoman in Canton and hopefully have him mount the tires, but when I went to the storage shed to get the Honda out of storage and the key broke in the lock. Darn, have to go out of town the next two days.

    Well, that still might work....

Once considered a winter novelty associated with winter festivals throughout the northern United States and Canada, ice bowling is slowly growing into a more established sport in areas with hibernal climates. Ice bowling is strictly an amateur sport and no professional sport association exists for the game as of yet. Ice bowling lanes are often cleared from natural bodies of ice such as lakes, rivers, or streams, or are created from a field of compacted snow by drizzling with water and allowing the field to freeze solid in due course, a process similar to creating an improvised ice skating rink.

Cant wait for the next session. I dont have tire wraps yet but oh well, I'll start off fresh next year with some real tires! I'll put the broken headlight switch back on too. Im heading up to Lewiston tomorrow for the snodrift rally, but ill be back Saturday if its still on for Sunday.

Paul, you can ride my bike. It wont get abused anymore than what I do to it.

After a few Manhattans (Makers Mark) I will admit my mistake. Guy has a 2002 Honda CRF 450 for sale with a set of Ice tires. Same year as my Honda XR-400 (Great).

So I arrange the deal, drive over an hour to get just the tires. Never asked a basic question, like rear wheel diameter. My Honda's and Husky's have an 18 inch rear. Well I bought a 19 inch rear as that is what the CRF-450 has., Bought them from a kid who seemed down on his luck and it is clearly my mistake so will not even ask for a return.

Not only that, was so exited, went to my storage shed to bring the Honda Home last night. It was so cold the key snapped off in the cylinder type lock they use at storage units. So Honda is not even home

To top it off, my half gallon of Makers Mark is now empty. (I do have a barrel at the distillery with my name on it that has been aging for several years.)

Any one have some size 11 Bowling shoes?

If it makes you feel better I did the same thing with my XR200R and it's 17" wheel which was a bit small for the 18" tire I tried to put on it.
