Phew. I was worried. The bed bugs and lice will be excited to see us again!
Thanks for the offer Randy! If Matts vertical smile starts hurting, I may need to take you up on that.
that is some really bad imagery you just conjured up
Have a very good freind most likely moving to the US this summer for few years from Brazil. He plans to leave his KTM's in Brazil and buy some here based on the US prices. He starts home shopping here in June but will be looking for some KTM's for him and his kids. Which dealer in the Ann Arbor Area or similar would you gents recommend?
Holiday Powersports here in Jackson, MI has LOADS & LOADS of new orange stuff (along with some Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda, etc) on their floor.
It's about 35 minutes west of Ann Arbor. I've never purchased a new bike there (nothing against them...heck, I've never purchased a new bike at all...cheap bastage), but the guys at the parts counter are great to deal with. And they have a chatty sales chick who isn't too hard on the eyes either.
Countdown begins for Frederic. Matt made reservations for a site. We Should be there by 9pm
Don't go to Holiday Powersports looking for something like this...the model there has a LOT more miles on her. Built for comfort, not speed.
I feel sorry for those poor bastages that rode Saturday in 34° weather and rain. Oh wait, that was me!
The rain wasn't so bad, it was the hail and snow that sucked jackalope balls.
up at bull gap for the weekend.. sunny and warm when we left, cold cloudy and snowing in the way back in.
We were not dressed for that. :lol
Sent from the place that pays me.
I'll see you there! (I'm bummed that they vacuumed up all the sand - I'll miss it)
Im thinking of taking my 11 yr old up to Mio for the day, anyone been up there recently? I took him to Gladwin last year and it kind of sucked for him cause of all the sand. I am hoping Mio will be better. Just looking for some trail riding to get him acclimated better. Any other place anyone would recommend for a day trip?
Mio bull gap trails? Sandy and deep whoops. Also wide and rutted from quad usage. Finding a good line is a bit difficult.
I remember years ago when I was there the trails on the west side of M-33 where not as sandy and a little more open if I remember correctly?
We were east of m33 and north of zimowski.
I would do the South East corner of Bull Gap. It is a little sandy, but not very many whoops.
I took my girls to Ogama Sport and Trail in Rose City .
Nice mix of trails on privet land camp sites for the weekend , Sandy , Rockey a few hills even has a couple small mx tracks .
Surrounded by State land . Worked well for them .
Heading up Friday during the day, have an empty spot on my trailer. Leaving from South Lyon. 248-752-2145
