Nice pictures. Where is it and what is it?

With the title saying Devils Tower I thought you were talking about this Devils Tower:

That is off Hwy 20 on the east side of Baker Lake, Baker River Rd. If you keep riding thru that overgrowth it turns into a cool fs road with more great views, but doesnt get nearly as close as the one shot of Baker you got.Its difficult to capture that structure in pics, but as usual you did a nice job.

I would show you some of my pics but photobucket has failed me yet again.

I've been wanting to ride Baker River Rd again, even though it's not very long.

Since you are such an artiste, we are going to change your name from Chris to Christoph.:D

Interesting chicken & egg story as that plant [ I think Tom said] produced cement. they used a shipload of it to build the thing to begin with. Bootstrapping at its best.

Beautiful pic of the mountain, Chris. We live in a wonderful place here.

My favorite view of the mountain is on the east side near Anderson-Watson Lakes. Riding over a dam is a great way to start a ride.

Another good one is above the hot springs, but I don't know if the road is open these days.

We've been talking about launching the kayaks near the dam and paddlin' the east shore to the other end. Might have to try that next week. You shoud join us, T.Low.

Great pics of Devil's Tower, Chris. I wouldn't want to ride a trials bike in there. I was concerned while walking inside the building with all the open holes in the floor.
