Not much of a report , but a top day out on the bikes none the less. Mainly some pics of the place and some of the many tracks throught the place. Really need to get back here and do some more exploring.

Where we are, sign was great but didnt help as we had no idea.

A handy map at the day area. Still didnt help with were we where or were we where going. But not a bad place to be lost. The smell of steak and onions cooking on the BBQ was making me hungry, so we high tailed it out of here.

Stuff never looks as nasty in pictures as when your trying to flail your way around. It seems they had had a bit of rain and there was plenty of slippery stuff during the day.

Was a really good day, that started with me leaving home at 5.15am to be at Petes place by 6.00. Unload my bike , re-load onto Petes trailer and leave his place by 6.30am and then doing it all in reverse and arriving back at my place7.45pm. Ohh, and yes , both bikes are regoed etc.

G'day Tony, yeah mate it is great country for trailbikin. Hopefully wont be to long and we will get back there for some more. Its getting harder and harder to find places to ride now. They have basically shut down our usual haunt and even Mt Mee is slowly being shut down to trail bikes. What were tracks made by bikes are now shut off and turned into horse tracks or walking tracks. I am now finding i have to travel futher a field to ride the husky.
Wish i had the bloody helmet cam going. Got some vision, but only a couple of the fire trails. Some of the climbs and tracks there are awesome.

By the way how are you healing up. Hopefully progess is good mate.

It's a bugger about shutting bikes out of good trails, I guess you have to look further away and find some new ones to rip up. :evil

The injuries are healed as good as they're going to get I think, but now it's too hot and humid for serious riding.
