85% in for Thursday, Mad Lake, I'll close the last 15% tomorrow. Wednesday I can't make. Would that work? Meet at the Dead BMW Diner (AKA 59-er Diner) on Highway 2?

Yeah. It's actually a really neat area. If I had some sleep, and some bug spray, it'd be nice to truck up and hit it hard and then leave. On a bike fully loaded with camping gear, not so much :D

I might be in on a Dew run combined with a Mad River Trail (open?) and other spots. Could depart tomorrow later in the day and return latest Sunday. Open plan at this point, getting caught up after a long trip started Aug 12.

I'm on for tomorrow for a Mad Lake run. I suggest a Monroe meet up at 630am for a 8am or so trailhead start. Up Alder and Down Mad River, then back to the TH is a nice outing. Trails are open as of last weekend, except Two Little Lakes.

It is 3am and just completed some urgent work related stuff, not going to be ready to move out at 6am. Still thinkiing about heading out though and camping Thursday-Saturday/Sunday someplace, possibly Goose Creek campground and ride Mad River a bit, then onto Foggy Dew or maybe just continue on to Foggy Dew direct Thursday or Friday. Will monitor the Whidbey crew before I make a decision. I am on vacation and trying to keep it feeling like one.
