What rear tire is that? How many miles are you getting out of it. My 606 is toast, after 1500...............:cry:cry:cry:cry Looking for a longer lasting alternative...............

I do NOT want to turn this into a "tire thread" however:lol3:lol3:lol3:lol3 If you know what I mean:wink: Just asking about THIS particular tire:norton:norton:norton

I just replaced a set of D606, noisy even thru earplugs. These are Kenda K-270. This is the rear one at 4634 miles (I ride like :gerg). Some have said the Kendas are wiggly, but I didn't notice until the front one was nearing bald and I was experimenting with raising my forks in the triples for a quicker turn in at the same time.

It was also mentioned that the Shinko 244 has a heftier shoulder knob and looking at pics, it does. So I'll be trying a Shinko rear next (just mounted a Pirelli knob on the front).

It's the switchbacks extreme west end of Mineral road. It was raining super hard and the road was in the process of falling down the mountain. We were the last ones across before it fell.

    My turn.

Here are a few pics from earlier this summer messing aound in central colorado. One day I was bored and had some time so I rode from colorado springs over to Leadville via Mosquito pass. I returned home via Weston pass and explored around the Tarryall area before calling it a day.

    Here are the Pics.
Don't be hatin' on my storage bin. If you do its cause your jealous. :D

Got a staple thru the T63, far from home. Started raining/sleeting. Fixed the tire. Then flopped it 3 minutes later. Fuck you Murphy.
