    750MPS-PG class (750cc Modified Production pushrod, pump fuel [gas], partially streamlined — the front wheel must be visible for 180 degrees below the axle), 180.317mph :bow

    750MP-PG class (750cc Modified Production pushrod, pump fuel, with no bodywork, but with the rear fairing left on since it counts as being the seat), 159.905mph :bow

    Unbelievable numbers for a pushrod 750 on gasoline (remember Bonneville is a little over 4,300' in elevation). Tom put a lot of people on the trailer with those numbers. Gorgeous bike :raabia

    The real burt munroe's bike, the movie didn't go into how he built it but there was alot of home made stuff that makes me laugh no matter how many times i read it.

    spoke = micrometer
    Dug up steam pipe, with aluminium rings = well aged barrel
    Ford truck axles = cams for OHV quadcam prototype
    cast pistons on the beach apparently
    tractor axle = rods

    The guy was a genious.

    This year Methanol + 5lbs NOS

    Fairing 1/2 way there...... Should be fastest 500cc "sit on motorcycle" ever if all goes according to plan. We will see.

    ran across this double BSA last summer at local hill climb/grass drags. It was just there for an exibition drag run. Not real impressive to watch but cool none the less.

    Stu Rogers Specials!

    Stu builds some amazing bikes. I friend of mine has been dominating AHRMA Pre-40 on a prewar Norton built by Stu. The details on that bike are amazing. Spin the rear wheel and it never stops. Friction has been reduced where ever possible.

    This is the only picture I could find of it. I used to bracket race this about ten years ago. R.C. enginering chassis with a worked over KZ650 engine.
