Hey you knuckleheads- I was in Coleman Powersports today in Falls Church- they had a really nice display of vintage Ducs- a Pantah, A Hailwood Replica, lots and lots of really nice examples- I'd say 12 or 15 bikes total- and even an MV Augusta from the 70s. Worth the trip down to check it out!!! In addition- they had some really nice bikes in stock... I fell in love with the new ST3 and the flame red Tuono they had on the floor. :1drink

I dunno- I was driving by... Haven't actually bought anything from them! They did have some "Fly" M/X boots that fit me. I was tempted... but they were a little too "FLY" for my liking~! $109 ain't bad tho- might get 'em and take a flat black rattle can to 'em! You need to see some of these bikes- and don't even THINK about throwing a leg over that ST3 unless yer ready to commit! It's NIIIIIIIIICE!

They had a Black Multi there- and I gotta say- it's intriguing... but I wouldn't make the payments on it. Would make a great rental for a trip through the Dolomites though! :evil That ST3 is really something- the ST2/ST4's have done NOTHING for me- but this thing has a big bubble fairing- nice paint and a pretty good riding position.... could be in my future.... especially if BMW keeps piling extra shit on these bikes that I don't want/need. Dig Cam was on the bike- I was in the Max...

What did you think of the Multistrada? I avoided riding it, thinking it would be too much fun - and then too much trouble.

It was fun and perfect for where I live out here so close to the really good roads....not sure why I did not get it.

Too much fun and consequently too much trouble.

Mebbe- I'm looking for an enduro boot I think- if you're coming out friday, bring em. I wear a 12- but have jabbacalves- so I'm having trouble with all these funky closures they put on these things. The Fly's fit- but were just too damned gawdy. Still in the running, and they were cheap.
