okay i know there are some more lukers out there in the tri-state....
oh well... no lurkers yet.... so i guess i will
Wishin I'd have taken a shot at 4 tags in one sittin on Monday.
Coulda went for the Guinness book for 5. I think this one is in the next zip code or two from ya.
They misspelled "shanndoa".
You tag players lookin' to expand your tag score sheet need to keep an eye on that game of tag. Depending on who you talk to, two counties, Berkeley and Jefferson, in the WV Panhandle are in the Shenandoah / shenendoah / shannadoa [you know where I mean. 'Tween the Blue Ridge 'n the Alleghenies] Valley.
Ha...not even subscribed to this tag. I need to talk to your therapist.
GRAB - Morgan County Cacapon River - Great Cacapon Rt. 9 Bridge Public Access
Yo... Elroy yes Route 9 is a nice winding road and a nice early evening ride too.. .the traffic wasnt too bad

<o>New Tag History time! </o>
<o>Needed to make sure Lucky Duck gets some education instead of swimming all the time. Tag is where - Colonel (James H.) Drake, of the First Virginia Cavalry, was mortally wounded, and died that night at Mr. Marshalls. About 40 feet from Marker No. 2, measuring west, is the place where he was shot. He was an able officer. </o>
<o>(be careful pulling off a lot of traffic on the road pull off is on the opposite (east) side of the road)</o>
<o>Money Shot - with a surprise but one that your not really suppose to take.</o>
<o>Also had a surprise at this tag a Geo-cache! so I signed the paper RebRider (right after some SGT Lawman ) and placed it next to Lucky. Geocaching.com wants you to go to their web page and write about how you found it. I am going to wait until Lucky moves, cause dont want some damn Yankee BlueBelly stealing old Lucky. May end up starting the Civil War all over again
Maybe i should have moved the Geo-Cache...
Oh and here it is covered up...
HEY Two-Hawks... have fun tomorrow....
VATrader ... still have them straps for you...</o>
Nice taggin, Reb!
:ddog If yer waitin for me to grab this....
It just aint right to go for a tag that's right on my way to work.
Well I guess you might as well... since the lurkers and those in Virginny and maryland must be too busy...
I was too busy re-grabbin' the VDST and NWVa tag
Must be lonesome being a rubber ducky these days...
Well I THOUGHT it was on my way to work... that one has a "1" on it.
the NWVa tag mascot is the ducks brother.."Ranger Duck"
Grab: Jefferson County Confederate Marker #2 Kearneysville, Rt. 480
Notice the approaching Sportbike. He's running flat out WOT with another guy, on an old naked Honda 750-4 or something like that, in hot pursuit.
Hoping not to hear an impact further up the road....:huh Even Lucky seemed ticked.
Glad you got the tag... I was afraid some geocache person would steal Lucky.......or may he would get kidnapped again....:eek1
Hope the two knuckleheads didnt crash
I wondered what they thought as the flew past me while I was holding up my IPhone to get the grab picture...
Is this game over?
not at all.... you can chat on this thread a little only a few cat-herders come here....
Wilst we're painting the borders.
Not far from a place named after Bill but said properly.
The road it's on is a tad over 10.
The money shot:
The duck is hiding behind the guardrail here:
Where's vatrader01 these days??? The duck misses those adrenaline rushes!
Nice tag Elroy.... intersting marker doesnt seem to be listed anywhere on Internet except by VAtrader01....so we know he knows how to get there.:eek1
hurry up you Maryland ADVRiders/lurkers this one is for you!!! must save the duck....
