Wanted to flag to y’all in case you had not seen this-

Russ (PacWestGS) is teaching an off road clinic this Saturday to raise money for his Baja team-

Russ is one tough sob, ex military guy, now a US Marshall on planes, he knows what he’s talking about- He rides a 1150 and a x650- Class will be very small, 7 people I gather, so you’d get lots of 1-1.

Heh. Hung out with His Dudeness and one of the new guys for awhile.

A beer is exactly what the doctor ordered, even if I did have to step out in the rain to have an after-dinner smoke.

Trust me, far better an after-dinner smoke than an after-dinner going-postal spree. Far better indeed. :bluduh

Gotta figure out a way to get the beers into the middle of the day. Damn East Coast customers always want to schedule meetings from 10 to 2 PST.

    Gab,
Don't forget about the 1200GSA, and the YZ, maybe more. Yep he's got a garage full, and rides them all very well.

I finally made it over to the Celtic for a brew tonight, after one of Skip's BBQ sandwichs at Engels Pub. I pulled up at the same time as GSguy, (good looking Elevenhundy). We didn't see anyone else there. Yes, Dale even looked out back.

Gabriele and I enjoyed our burgers and beers and solved all the worlds problems last night.:1drink So when I woke up this morning I was surprised to find out that the dollar has fallen off the debt counter in Time SQ. So now when I find a dollar on the street and have to decide if it is really worth picking up. I guess we need more help next week deciding if a dollar is really the new penny. So come by next week and put your $200 in ( it use to be 2 cents) and lets see if we can talk about motorcycles and all the cool Xmas toys we can buy to boost the economy. Yes, it is time to think Xmas. Costco has had there Xmas stuff up for a least 2 months now. Anyway it was a wet safe ride home. Hope to see you all next week.

Excellent. I'll hopefully be sporting some Tourances on the Strom next week.

I shoulda been there. When I got home from work early I found out that the kid was bluffing my wife on being sick. Just didn't want to get his pictures taken at school that day. :bluduh

Funny how things change - last week I was talking with Drew :slurp about how I did not intend to go, and then... ...a bit late, but I just pulled the trigger for this weekend's Mt Hood RallyMoto- :D
    www.mthoodrally.com

I am not planning any particular work on the bike other than the oil change that I was going to do anyway, and perhaps a brighter bulb for the OEM setup-

Any of you FFers thinking about heading down to race ot spectate?
