And if this activity wasn't with wife or girlfriend, going home instead of going to work is considerably more dangerous.
So get some good sleep before.you ride.
Wait, so being sleep deprived has a negative affect on an activity that requires hand/eye coordination and focus?

To me, looking for and responding to a known and anticipated light signal is not exactly representative of crash avoidance.
