Have not done the actual measurements, but it is more than the EZS rig. The way the brackets and attachments are configured it is what it will be, no adjustments.

Once you install the front lower connection I'll be interested to see where it intersects the sidecar frame.

The connections are very solid, I suspect thick wall tubing. There is no lower forward connection. Only two places to adjust, the forward connection at the sidecar frame can be moved up or down, and the sidecar wheel axel is an eccentric, to deal with toe/in. Have not put the straight edges on it yet. (cotter pin on axel waiting for adjustment)

    Interesting.

I can not see a way of adjusting lean in/out. Is that also fixed?

There is no adjustment, other than changing ride height via sidecar shock and rear shock.
I need to move the rig to the garage, with its level floor. I'm as curious as you are as to how it will pan out.

The EML Sport I have has no adjustment for Toe in apart from an eccentric on the swing arm pivot as the two lower bike to sidecar attachment links are fixed. I found that the eccentric which is approx. 50 mm in Dia. does alter the lean in and out when setting Toe in.

I would have thought you knew that ! Shock and dismay ! Also hard to induce lean in and out with wide tires on wide wheels, even the K1100 setup which appears to be adjustable isn't it all only fits one way !

Hardest thing ever is deciding on the paint job. Looks good to me! Is it the lighting, or is the finish all matte?

I did my Bronco in Hot Rod Flatz paint, its a similar look to this and it came out bitchin. Got compliments everywhere it went.
Takes some talent to spray that stuff. Had B.A. at Hot Rod Alley do it.

Did you use Hank to paint this? Or is it the same guy that painted the Expedition (that is waiting in the wings for a fork fix) the guy who shot this?

DMC did the paint on the Expedition.

Final assembly. Have the powder coated parts, and Painted tub. This is the fun part. Electric wiring still to go.
