Hmmmm...no bikes in view...but helicopter...Hmmmm...very opulent off road ride! Hands in pocket..cold? But no steam on water...Hmmmm.

Just above. The lowest overnight temp I remember was 34.
That would have worked for tent camping. I know it's been colder on other trips.
It froze Saturday-Tuesday. The first night it was snowing and the snow melted and froze about 1/2" of water pooled on my bike cover. 29° F that morning.
Yeah, but you were parked a good 40 yards north of me. Totally different weather up there.

i've been wanting to take a trip to Nevada and do some exploring,
from the air, you see all these cool meadows high up in the mts and dirt roads you wonder where they go?
i'd like to make it next year, sounds a bit cold though at night,
