Yeah, sleepovers! I haven't seen this van in person yet.
FYI, it's a YANKEE GIFT SWAP, meaning you bring a valid gift, rather than a white elephant gift.

Can two regional newbs come out and play?

Judging by some of the responses here, would it be safe to say we'd be spared from any odd rituals if we brought a sacrifice or two?

    PM incoming...

A White Elephant gift is basically a stupid/gag gift that no one really wants. A Yankee Swap gift is a cool gift that is worth trying to trade for to get.

Precisely. Last year, one girl got a brand new tool kit, and was really embarrassed when someone else opened her box of tampons. Good for a laugh, but it makes people feel bad.

We accept newbs. I don't guarantee safety or absence of hazing rituals.

However, if you wrap a box of tampons with a $10 bill attached, then that's acceptable - as long as the money stays with the gift, even if it gets traded.

The beautiful thing about this party is that all of Ethan's many circles of friends merge together on this wondrous occasion so no one really knows who supposed to be there.

    P.S. Ethan, I invited a couple of friends. :lol3

Rituals? Never, we want you to come, so I promise to personally not have you do any rituals. What some others do, I have no control over.:rofl

All party attendees are tasked with taking five pictures and uploading them for all to enjoy (or to rub it in the faces of the people who miss out).

Well, that was fun! Thank you Ethan and lovely bride for being such great hosts!

Only time I felt uncomfortable was when the junior woodchuck sheriff deputy barged into the garage with his menacing looking wooden dagger of doom. He demanded to know if all present were partaking in any drug activity, patted down the women and tried to get a dollar from everyone before leaving. *snerk*

Good times! Thanks for hosting us hooligans Ethan.
I couldn't stay around for the Yankee Swap, but I hope the Wolfman t-shirt found a good and loving home.

Thank you Ethan for a wonderful party! It was great seeing old friends & making some new ones.

The only photo I got was when the semi-invisble tongs were going after Suziepoozie's belt buckle- Charla enjoyed the moment too-
