You must have done something Bad to somebody to get yourself kicked out of Portlandia and be exiled in Eugene....Welcome to the neighborhood. Come out to Quackers Last Stop on Wednesday evening and meet some of the locals. You'll normally find us there between 1600 and 1900. You could stay later but that is about all the battery capacity most of us have on our Hoverrounds. We wouldn't want to get stranded on the sidewalk and miss Jeopardy.

That's a Tedium? Only seen one in real life.

There's a few shops in Eugene. Some are even good. What brand/type are you interested in? I'm familiar with the KTM shop. Most are on west 11th st, BMW, KTM, Dune Goon, Independant Honda, Triumph and many Hardley clone shops. This is just in West Eugene. There is a Tractor/lawn care/honda/kaw/suzuki? shop in Springfield with rotating mechanics.

No thats no a Tedium- it's MY TDM!:D
specifically- removed lower fairing, smaller turn sign 80/20 tires custom seat.

Well hopefully a Yamaha friendly shop. My bike is kind of in a hole- not exactly an old school classic, it is also not a welcome sight at most dealer shops either due to its age. Also the issues ordering parts for anything besides the motor (which apparently used in some ATVs).

As a prior employee of Ramsey Waite do not, I repeat DO NOT go there. Your dollar is more effectively spent elsewhere.

I need a torque wrench an don't want to break the bank. Suggestions? I usually buy sears craftsman, husky, etc. my harbor freight knock off (probably the one tool i shouldn't have bought there) I think is dead but I'm not sure how to check it.

Sears often puts Craftsman clickers on sale for as low as $50, but usually $60. List is $80.

I like mine, but I got them when they were still US made. The new ones look about the same, but are now made in China. Maybe still OK, or maybe....

Leaving the meet-up tonite I was alley hopping a few alleyways over towards 13th so I could ogle college gurls on my ride home, when along about Chambers st. I saw an SUV,,more like a full size suburban or whatever, with flashing light bars inside the back window and across the windshield,,had somebody pulled over, and lights flashing! poor bastards!
A metallic sort of tan color, and dirty like it had just come off the mountainside,,very nondescript!
Couldn't have been more unsuspecting even with a boat on top!,,I shoulda gone around the block and gotten a picture,,,uniformed, jack booted, stormtrooper for a driver.:huh
    watch out! THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!
mighta been over my '2 wheels =2 beers", limit,, I gotta stop riding alleyways on my way home,,this is just too much fun!:lol3

hmm,,i'm thinking a rider could just follow the tracks and ride the railroad right of way all the way until ya hit a bridge crossing a river,,,,,

then you'd hafta ride on the ties, bump-de-bump-de-bump-de-bump,,,

My sunburnt dusty ass is setting at Panamint Springs drinking beer and stealing internet. Hope you all had a good meetup tonight...honest I did think about you....briefly while BBQing dinner. It sucks here you wouldn't like it. Nothing but deep sand, wind, never ending rocks, Wind, Silt beds, WInd, Noisy ass Fighter Jets, WIND. I'm typing this while setting outside in a tee shirt and shorts, it's still over 80 degrees. Storm coming in tomorrow, probably snow.
