I swear one of these days I'm going to get a Wild Turkey with my boot. They were thick in North Douglas Co. today.:cromag

I usually keep a little Old Grandad in my tank bag; never tried Wild Turkey in my boot. Whatever blows your skirt up I guess...!

Riding down that way yesterday in broad daylight we saw quite a few Turkeys too, along with deer, raccoons, and squirrels, and... it's like wildlife safari out there!

Yeah Miguel, I favor a little Ezra or Woodford in ye 'ole flask, never know when it'll come in handy but it always does.

Doggitter, glad you made it to or from where ever that is, I hope you checked your lid for Spiders! :uhoh

Beeker 'n me took the little Hondas out for a thrashing today. Tons of fun and the view from atop Prairie Mountain was superb.

    Happy Labor Day. :D

I have a few trails west of Noti and north I want to ride in a series this week some evening or weekend. Total miles without the included extra playing from Rays back to Elmira will be considerably less than 50, but I'm looking for it to be 1/2 day of messing around if time permits. Dual sport stuff, 2 of them I've done but the top end of Vik I havent.
    Anyone interested let me know.

I was going to take 3 weeks off in Nov but now they want me to start my vacation the end of Oct and extend it until Jan or may be March. 15% budget cuts, low man on the totem pole, sequester, shut down, blah, blah, blah.

For those thinking of heading west via Siuslaw/Smith River Rds. The Yellow Point Fire has the road blocked, and there will be a ton of people out there doing their jobs so best find a different way for a while:
