F800 GS Battery

    Well it's my turn for a dumb question. I want to get to the battery. So I removed the seat, removed the four screws holding the air filter/battery cover. But the cover does not come off. The seat end of the cover will lift up a bit but it is still attached near the key. I have looked and I don't see another screw holding it so what am I missing. It's all plastic and I don't want to brake something.

    Umm... There's two bolts that attach to the black piece around the key hole. Look from the side, they are going into the forks, kinda.

    2 more screws near ignition

    Got it, thanks for the info. It didn't look like those two screws were part of the cover. Must be getting old, couldn't see that is was one piece.
