Here's some new shots of "Elvis" farklized with the new Jesse Odyssey II bag system. Super easy installation, even I managed it in 90 minutes or less!

If you want to see more angles and detailed shots there is a link below the photos that will take you to all the new shots.

    Hey David,

    Thanks for the kind words!

Actually, I was going to go out to VoF today to shoot these photos but the wind is blowing 20++ and gusting to 39 mph here so I kept it close to home at Red Rock National Conservation Area about 6-8 miles from my house.

Not enough angles. You don't like the left side of the bike?

Got to love tax season. Everyday something new comes in the mail to bolt on - today it was Remus can and license plate. Of course had to roll her out to the sidewalk and snap a few picts to share before I get back to the grind.

I wish I had some pretty scenery in the background :cry But to me, my bike is enough scenery for today.

Today is the first full rideable day in Minnesota and I just finished putting on some farkles last night. 98% done, OEM bash plate, Holan bars, Holan headlight, TT day bag, TT 60csx GPS mount, MM screen, OEM handguards, Wunderlich rear splash guard, TT front brake res holder, Jesse bags (have yet to mount the tie down racks), Adv Specs luggage plate...
Just waiting on my radiator guard from Wunderlich and TKC80 (front) Anakee (rear) combo and maybe some aux lights and a new seat... crap! I thought I was almost done!

Bars look great, Diablo. They should do the job! But while you're out spending money on farkles, drop a few bucks on a real digital camera, will ya? Those cell phone pictures look like they were shot through the window of a steel mill! :brow

I'm at work and didn't even think to pack the regular digital cam, but thanks for calling me out! haha
(and true, good thing I bought a dig-cam BEFORE I bought this bike and started farkling!)

Great looking bike Diablo! Would love to see a few tight shots of your bag and GPS / handlebars set up.

Also, with the Jesse bags I've been struggling to get the bike rocked up on the center stand; maybe it's the added weight but I'm also having a little trouble getting my foot / leg in on the stand at an angle that is optimal. Are you having any problems in that regard?

    Heyo Rob,
I'll try to get some shots up tomorrow, I'm away from the bike all weekend.

When the Jesse's are on it IS a little bit harder to use the center stand. I don't have a problem with getting an angle to step on the stand to rock it up there (and I keep the bags in the forward position), but it does require a little extra finesse and strength to get it up up there. I can't wait to see how fun it will be when the Jesse's are completely full with a big duffel bag on the back during a long trip.

My biggest problem is swinging my leg over to get on the bike with the panniers on. Requires quite a bit of stretching like a high roundhouse kick. I still have a little remorse at not getting the 800, but I can only imagine how much more it would suck swinging my short legs another two inches up and trying to clear the Jesse's...

    Dr. Z,

Thanks for the pictures--very useful. A quick question: Is the vario bag on the right expanded, compared to a non-expanded bag on the left?

    Thanks again.

What's up with the different side panels? The "tank" area?

Wow, it looks like it will work with Adv-Spec crash bars.

The tanks look to be not much wider and my bars have a few inches to spare.

I'm not in love with the look, it'll be interesting to see what the actual
product looks like and the cost.

    Thanks, Wildman

An amazing difference in appearance! They have the same effect on the MG Stelvio
